good for you keep eating healthy and live a long strong life, my health problems were bad too and my Dr. told me the same thing, now that I have lost my weight I feel better and more healthy and my colesterol, high blood sugar is normal. We just needed motivation. And I wanted to see my Grandbabies Grow up.0
