Hi y'all! How are you doing on your weight loss? I am down 25 pounds...not really sure how I lost it because I haven't been "faithful" on my eating plan and exercise. lol. Any way, I have 100 pounds more to lose.
Have any of you tried the detox bath for weight loss? If so did you lose weight?

I tried, but I was unable to drink the entire tubful.0

Um, your not supposed to drink the tub water. You put epson salt, sea salt, baking soda and ginger in the bath and soak for at least 20 minutes in hot water. If removes toxins and I heard it also breaks down and remove fat.0

Sounds delicious!!
In seriousness though, I could see this detoxing your skin, but actually fat loss? No way.
I'm totally going to pour ginger all over my dinner tonight now! :P0 -
How would this make you lose weight? Must it be a very hot bath, that melts the fat or something?0

Ok, this would obviously not be my main source of weight loss.I would eat healthy and exercise..I am going back on what I called my "Honduras and Nicaragua Mission Trip Diet"...........for those who tried the detox bath did you lose any weight?0

tastes pretty bad too, no?0 -
Um, that sounds like a scam. If anything, it may help relax sore muscles.0

Oh yea..everything on the internet is true.. I forgot.
Don't you think that if this 'diet' was real, we'd all be soaking daily and naturally skinny?
Sorry, some things are just so idiotic, like the 'three day military diet' post from another day. People are gullible to the max.0 -
ONE! ONE ridiculous theory! AH HA HA HA HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!0

Honey, you aren't going to lose anything from this. If it relaxes you, and you enjoy it, then do it, but those are the only benefits.0
