      You look great! I'm also 5'4" and I started working out at 301 lbs in May. My progress is much slower than yours but it's very inspiring to see somebody who had my similar frame make big goals. Super job. :smile:

      I often reach plateaus and I just keep trucking, I have to take everything day by day or I go crazy. I also try switching up how I workout and how long and what I eat. Hope this helps!
