is it fine to have one boiled egg(i.e. egg white as well as the yolk) everyday.?.......since i have heard tht yolk has too much of cholestrol and it should be taken just one in a week ........ is it true?

I think it is, there are so many different studies going back and forth on this matter......everything in moderation I say so 1 a day should be fine i think the benefits outweigh the drawbacks0

It's perfectly fine to have an egg a day for most people. Eating cholesterol doesn't raise blood cholesterol. The small amount of fat in the yolk is actually good for you. Most of the nutrition of an egg is in the yolk, with the white providing high-quality protein.0 -
It's okay to have one egg a day. It's better to have two or three a day.0
