Good morning! You can definitely add me - I love MFP! It really helps a TON! I started doing P90X and when I did, I began using MFP regularly! They have an app too! Since finishing P90X I still use it and love love love it. Really helps keep track!

Wonderful Mari, you are a godsend! I just finished the 21 day set your metabolism phase of foodlovers! I love the program, it makes much sense than to constantly worry about numbers! Its a wonderful program. The fat loss plate and eating snacks between meals is what I can do for the rest of my life. I hope you friend me cause I sure would like to have someone on my list that is on this program. Good luck!
