Hi, my name is Dani and I am new to this site. I am hoping that it will help me get back on track and stay motivated. I have been successful in the past losing weight with Weight Watchers. Unfortunately I cannot afford to do that again. I know how to eat better, I just don't. So I am going to use this site. The first date it told me I didn't eat enough calories and could put my body into starvation mode. The next day I ate too many calories. I am hoping the third day (today) is the charm and I can start to get this under control. I have a treadmill at home that I am going to start using. Yesterday I walked for 30 minutes and I am hoping to do a minimum of 30 minutes per day. Any support you guys can provide will be greatly appreciated. :) I welcome friend requests as well.

    Im glad you have joined us! Take it day by day and do what you can. Its great you have a treadmill at home. Good luck this week, youll do great I know it! :)

    Thanks! It is borrowed from my parents. So let's keep our fingers crossed they don't want it back anytime soon. ;)
