suggestions for exercises to tone and trim inner thighs? I have been doing these scissor moves which work them but getting fairly bored with that and I don't believe pinterest half the time!!! Any personal favorites that work??

scissor moves? Do you have a link that would show how to do it? how many etc? I want to do the same thing .. but i need exercises that dont put any pressure on my knees. Im pretty sure I know what your talking about..0

Only thing I know is using a facial scrub.0

Calorie deficit to lose fat. Heavy weight lifting (compound barebell) to maintain muscle.0

I dont know where it shows how to do them, I lay on my back, arms down to sides, lift legs about 10 inches off the floor and kind of back and forth my heels criss crossing over each other. I alternate doing it a few inches off of floor and about a foot off the floor.0 -
Im gonna check out pilates and add squats and lunges... and ill stick with the scissors..0

I'm sure they'll work, I have only been doing them for 2 weeks, just asked for some variety0 -
