    Mine used to but it doesn't now. Back then I was 196lb and it wasn't until over a month ago it changed. I am now more hour glass than apple figured.

    Oh yes...back in the day when I was 160-200 pounds my tummy stuck out past my boobs. It was terrible and I was mistaken for pregnant several times. It was so embarrassing and shameful to be thought of as preggo looking. Sometimes I just went along with strangers to avoid the confession of "no, I am just this fat"

    I hadn't thought so, especially since I have DDs...until I lost 20 lbs and a coworker with a MAJOR beer belly told me, "Wow, your stomach sticks out less than mine now!" And then there was the time someone asked about my "bun in the oven." :grumble:

    Before my kids I was a B cup and 300 lbs, it sucked! It's one of the first things I noticed as I lose weight!

    Mine does. :( I carry A LOT of my weight in my stomach. I have such a stupid body shape; very heavy in the middle, with smaller calves/thighs. I am so disproportionate. :(

    Mine definitely has! You're not an alien :) Mine wasn't even so much fat as it was bloat from the wrong foods.

    I had to have a slip made for under my wedding dress. After measuring me, the "lovely" seamstress held the length of tape up to me and proclaimed for everyone that I was wider than I was tall.

    Yeah, that made for some "fond" pre-wedding memories.

    And to answer the original question, yes, my stomach stuck out past my boobs. :mad:

    And no, I was not pregnant.

    Fellow apple here. I think my stomach stuck out further than my chest even when I was a healthy weight (back around the time of my own wedding). But then I didn't work out then, just starved myself down to a healthy weight so didn't look that good.

    Now I am (ever so) slowly losing weight again, I can tell it's going to leave my stomach the last place of all. It left my arms, legs, thighs, butt, and then even my back. Stomach and chest still look about the same. I think measurement-wise my stomach at its fattest is the same as the fattest part of my bust, but by the way everything "hangs" I still sort of look pregnant all the time as it happens to stick out farther. I sort of feel like a marshmellow with tooth picks for arms/legs (is that a body shape?)

    Mine did. Most apple shaped people do. I am hourglass, but I also carry all my weight in my hip/*kitten*/stomach. It sucks. But thats what the ab workouts are for.

    Yes, when I was heavier my stomach did stick out beyond my boobs, although my waist is always a few inches smaller than my bust (40" B 36" W if I remember). After losing weight, it came equally from both places and I have roughly the same ratio
    (38" B 31" W).

    I hope you punch this lady. That was insensitive and rude. My mom once told me that she was embarrassed for me because my tummy was bigger than my boobs. I'm a 36 DD. I'm sorry for that woman's unprofessionalism. I would call the manager and tell them what happened.

    YES, YES, YES!! Call the manager. That was so amazingly unprofessional that I would be at a loss for words if I weren't such a big mouth. Honestly. She should be fired.

    My stomach totally sticks out past my boobs and I've lost 72 pounds, but it just keeps hanging on. I have to wear a size 16 jeans when my butt and thighs are size 14. So, aggravating! I figure it's go to go some times. We all carry fat differently. A good friend of mine has a giant behind with a flat stomach, but she can wear small cute tops.
