I believe I shared my full story on here when I first joined, but I never showed my before & after pics.
Me before:
I never ever worked out, I lived on junk food & ate whatever & whenever I wanted with no limits what so ever.
Me after learning to eat clean, watch my calorie intake & get my lazy butt to the gym!
