You are all truley inspriing. I started my weight loss journey in march 2011. I did a wonderful job. I was loosing 1 to 1 1/2 pounds per weeks. I started at 244 and went down to 188.9 by December 2011. And then I found out I was pregnant. I eat healthy during my pregnancy but still gained 50 pounds and wouldn't you know, that I had a gourgeous baby girl. But only lost 20 of the 50 pounds gained. I am working really hard again and have lost 5 pounds so far (I have been back here for 28 days) But thank you all for your inspirational results. It makes me believe in myself again.0

Hey everyone!! I started my journey March 2011 lost 60 lbs or so and life happened. I let that stall my journey. Something clicked again in the middle of September when my pants started getting tight again. This time I'm doing it right. I've had stressful days and days that were not good food choices but I didn't let that defeat me! I'm back in the gym and love it. I added weightlifting into my routine which I love!! Since mid September I've lost 25 lbs!! So now I'm down from 310 to 220.8.
We all can do this!! Feel free to add me!!
I still have a ways to go...my goal is 160-170 depending on how I feel about my body then.0 -

Amazing job!!
My journey started Jan 17, 2007 - - starting @ 285 lbs. I lost 100 lbs, maintained it for about 18 months but then life happened - - like it always seems to. I've added 30 back on but I am determined to get back to maintenance again
As my bio says, it's back to basics again and getting back on the motivational track. I know we can all do this!!0 -

I'm 5'6 and started at 156 pounds and have gotten down to 142. I would like to get around 128 but seem to be at a standstill for now, so if I can at least maintain through Thanksgiving I hope to show some more loss in the next few weeks!0
