Corn and Cheddar muffins.
These will go great with soups or stews and about 115 cal a muffin.
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp baking powder
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup frozen corn
1/2 cup marble cheddar (60 g)
Mix these together
1/2 cup skim milk
1.5 cups water
2 eggs
Then mix in these
Use muffin papers or grease and flour a muffin tray. Bake at 350 for about 25 min. Makes 12 muffins.

Nope we have savoury and sweet muffins. Usually its corn muffins made out of cornmeal, but I didnt have cornmeal. Its not a biscuit dough, or a roll dough, its a muffin batter.0
