I drink a varying amount of water every day depending on thirst.
I took a look at your diary...and IMO I think it consists of a somebody that spends his time (most of the 24hours of a day) on MFP making sarcastic comments to people???
Maybe you need to add some stuff to your diary.
Here is an example..
breakfast
touch of wake up be nice dust/cereal you can add skimmed or even full fat milk
mid morning snack
"thoughts" they come cal free you can add some nice ones...what ever you want?
lunch
hmmmm let`s go for a work out first...OK now you can go with some "add protein or carbs to suit yourself" but don`t get angry with people that don`t eat what you do???
afternoon snack....take a chill pill....ie don`t get so steamed up about stuff?
dinner...I will let you take a mix protein and carbs...whoo hoo!
Supper...maybe read a book, watch some tv? just take some time out to relax...???0 -

I haven't been eating particularly well the past few weeks...er, months....so don't look at that part. Go back to April and May...those months were better (I think).
And I've been under a lot of stress at work and I don't have 5+ hours every day to cook food and some other excuses.0 -
