Do you call this supportive DH ?

Just finished a lovely 7.92 mile run, through the crisp autumn leaves.

Have you noticed that if a falling leaf is at the correct angle, it gently rotates three or four times as it descends to the ground.

I told my husband that....he said I should run faster, lol.

Lol that made me giggle, My bf would have said something similar, I take my hat off to you for the fact you were dedicated enough to go for a run, run a fair distance and still notice something so nice!!!

Haha, that was funny! I have a different issue with fall leaves. I have a blind 1.5 year old german sheperd. When we're running and he hears them skittering across the ground, he wants to chase them to see what they are. I have to notice them going by first, so I'm not pulled off balance when he shoots after them!

Maybe the analogy can be the same for us. If we do the program correctly we will gently roll and lose weight gradually until we reach the bottom.

That's funny and probably similar to what my husband would have said.

No, we have four children to parent...so one runs whilst the other watches the children, then we swap over.

Maybe when the children are older we can all go running together :)
