Even though I lost nothing, I can't really complain because I ate so much (cookies, cake, burgers, etc.)and had an absolute blast this past weekend. Going to stick to healthy eating this week and lose a couple of pounds by next Monday!! See you then!!! :happy:0 -

Goals for the week:
1. Cut out wheat as it seems to make me cranky.
2. Drinks 10 cups of water a day.
3. Get to the gym 5 times for one hour.
4. Not give up!
I'm full of cr@@ literally and hopefully this week the doctors can figure out why since my gallbladder was removed my body isn't functioning properly. At least that's what I keep telling myself as to why I have gained 10 lb in the past 8 months and it isn't going away (of course the fact that they opened a Fractured Prune - hot out of the oil donuts - right down the street might have a little something to do with it). But you guys are giving me hope and encouragement, so I'll keep at it.0 -
