1 cup strawberries
1 banana yogi sip
1/2 cup ice

Thought i'd share because it is absolutely yummy :flowerforyou:
It also helps me fight my craving for chocolates & anything sweet & unhealthy!

I've been having a glass everyday this week & i feel great

Sounds interesting! I guess we like to make strawberry/ banana smoothies the best. Not so much now that it's colder out though. :)

  • Hi, have you worked out the nutritional content in MFP for this??? Is that frozen or fresh spinach you use?
    Thanks!

^ Thank you for sharing. I love your ideas, I also add a teaspoon or a little more of coconut oil. To me, it is delicious!!

    2 Tbsp fresh O.J
1/2 to 2/3 cup fat free plain Chaboni greek yogurt
    1/2 small banana
2 Tbsp old fashioned Quaker oats (raw)
    5-6 frozen unsweetened strawberries

I was told I needed to have protein and carbs for breakfast and this does the trick with little fat. I have this at 7:00 a.m. and (if need be) I am good until 11:30.
