My fav smoothie recipe:
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup cucumbers
1 cup strawberries
1 banana yogi sip
1/2 cup ice
Thought i'd share because it is absolutely yummy :flowerforyou:
It also helps me fight my craving for chocolates & anything sweet & unhealthy!
I've been having a glass everyday this week & i feel great

Sounds interesting! I guess we like to make strawberry/ banana smoothies the best. Not so much now that it's colder out though.0

Hi, have you worked out the nutritional content in MFP for this??? Is that frozen or fresh spinach you use?
Thanks!0 -

Icecream, mango, watermelon, rockmelon and honey
uhhhhh its like an orgasm in my mouth haha0 -
2 Tbsp fresh O.J
1/2 to 2/3 cup fat free plain Chaboni greek yogurt
1/2 small banana
2 Tbsp old fashioned Quaker oats (raw)
5-6 frozen unsweetened strawberries
I was told I needed to have protein and carbs for breakfast and this does the trick with little fat. I have this at 7:00 a.m. and (if need be) I am good until 11:30.0
