Just one cuestion, How do you all know the exact amount of calories, you burned?
I don't know about the others, but I wear a heart rate monitor. I found that the machines at the gym were generally off (by a lot) and MFP always gave me more than I deserved, so wearing the HRM keeps me honest (and accurate!)
