These are so awesome. I found them on Pinterest or something the other day and made them today.

    2 old bananas
1 cup quick or old fashioned oats

Seriously. That's it. Just mash the bananas and mix in the oats. ...

Sorry if it sounds stupid, but do you first soak the oats in water or you mix them dry with the banana mash?
    Thank you!

You just mix them in, like you are making oatmeal cookies!

Wow, Im in! I am going to make these right now for brunch! I assume you have all tried banana "ice cream" where you puree a frozen banana and voila! All done. I add flavors sometimes and I noticed they have a machine at the "as seen on tv" store that purees the banana for you.. called yonanas.
Back to the cookies though, I will let you know how it goes!

Just one question; What did you bake them on, a greased/ floured sheet or greaseproof paper?

    baked bananas...? eek

Ever had banana bread? Or banana nut muffins? No different than any other baked fruit

    No doubt! Yummy!

Thanks for posting, OP. I will have to try this.
