    i trust my machine readings which take inputs like age,weight , resistance levels etc..........:smile:

    Tue 11/13: Day after a holiday at work. No "workout" other than walking.. burned cals: 1172, activity: walking 5 hours 3+ mi

    Wed 11/14:
    burned cals: 104, activity: 30DS L1
    burned cals: 856, activity: walking 3 mi

    Thur 11/15: burned cals: 685, activity: walking 4+ hours (fitbit activity logged)
