    Awesome! Keep it up! And be sure to be realistic about your weekly losses ... The first week you always lose more; a lot of it is water. Stay focused ... Track, be active, be HAPPY! You've got this!

    For people with a lot to lose (as I did/still kinda do), you just have to take it one day at a time. When I look back at my own journey, it's hard to believe that it's almost my 2nd anniversary. Just one day at a time, focus on your food and tracking. I recommend not exercising until 2-3 months in. Get a good handle on your eating and controlling what you eat, then start exercise.. because exercise usually leaves you hungry and wanting to eat everything in sight.
