    I used to have bear claws for breakfast. I haven't had one since before MFP. If I *do* have one, it won't be ^^^THAT one! HAHA :laugh:

    That's sick.

    I had a bear claw a few weeks ago and it was only 440 calories. That place is trying to kill people.

    I use to before I started watching what I eat.
    I tried to be safe and ordered oatmeal. Nope, 730 cals if you use all of the toppings (dried fruit, nuts, brown sugar, raisins and milk). Bleh!

    The calories in that are obscene.
    Even the most rich restaurant desserts I have come across in the Uk, don't generally top 800 calories.
