Drinking only water and a little coffee!
! No soda, no iced tea etc! Just lots of water and 2 little cups of coffee to stave off the caffeine withdrawls!

    good for you! i know hoe hard that is, when i first started to go healthy i was drinking a 2 liter a day of pepsi. Now i only drink water and tea unless we go out to eat then i treat myself since i will end up blowing my cals goign out,lol.
