Hey are you seeing results? What weights did you start with like on the squats? I was messing around with it I realized I feel it more if I go heavier but maybe miss a few reps.0

My wife and I are doing it together. She's making really good progress-inches and such. Will post pics when we are done-still got about 30 some odd days to go. Start light...no need(with this program) to load it up.0

i love Chalene but didn't see huge results. Overall I lost around 9-10 pounds and most of my inches cam off my thighs and hips. I love the definition that I got in my shoulders and upper arms but that was the only major areas that changed. I was a little disappointed that it wasn't more of a change but I am going to do a second round of it once I finish Les Mills Pump. My strength increase a ton which I am happy about.
Honestly I couldn't pick. I dabbled in the Les Mills Pump while wrapping up my last week of CLX and this is my offical starting week of Les Mills but I love the workout just as much. Thanks to doing CLX I can add the extra weights to Les Mills.0 -
thx. ya i really want to lose a bit more in my hips, thighs and lower belly, not sure how to go about it as i am like you.. i was doing rin30 and 30ds and saw nice changes in the upper body but not so much in the lower ;(0

You do tons of squats in Les Mills, I'm hoping to see results more on the bottom half..I will let you know.0 -

me too, i really didnt like chalean extreme.
I just restarted second round of les mills pump. The first round I completed pump, I lost 9lbs and inches and have kept them off.0 -

I attend body pump 2-3 times per week @ my gym and I usually double my warm up weights for squats and lower it for chest0

Squats:
20 lbs/ 70lbs I can now squat 245lbs0 -
How quickly did you see results from LMP today marks 3 weeks and I have not seen any changes yet.0

I love pump but if its getting too easy, or you arent feeling it, increase your weights (I do it at the gym)
If you cant get stuff over your head, or done, adapt and forget about the bar, use hand weights and such (easier for shoulders, lunges and squats to do than the rest)
Its usually (combined totals)
Warm up weight - warm up 10-12.5kg
double to treble warm up weight for squats 27.5-30kg
up to double warm up weight for chest 12.5-15kg
Chest or a bit heavier for back 20kg
between warm up weight and chest weight for triceps 12.5-15kg on bar and 7.5-10kg for overhead extensions
warm up weight for biceps (heavier if you really can take it) 10-12.5kg
warm up to chest weight for shoulders 12.5kg on bar and 2.5/5kg for hand weights
Thats my own weights for demonstration purposes , with all the recommendations that the instructors give about weights throughout the classes.0 -

I do the at home version so on the shorter video I go heavier and then the longer version I go just a tad bit lighter but doing the shorter version has been helping. I do about 40-45 lbs with squats the overhead press with the wide grip rows it's about 20 I could actually go heavier when it comes to the overhead press. The wide grip rows I have to stay at 20. The video lengths arrange from 20min-45. How quickly did you see results?0 -
Fairly quickly in the scheme of things (but im fairly sensitive to tesoterone), it changed my shape, i didnt use it to 'lose pounds' though.
It took a while for me to notice myself, but less time for other people to notice.0
