a Burpee is when your in standing postion u do a squat then u put ur hands on the ground kick ur feet back into a push up postion do an push up bring ur feet in and jump up to standing postion and repeat!! I believe thats what a burpee is!0

Day 1....
For the 30 mins of walking I think I will start D1W1 of C25K.
Just thought I would post my start weight to look back on it to see how much I lost by Christmas. SW 186.6 lbs

I did almost 80 minutes of walking yesterday and drank nothing but water but I didn't do the exercises. Other half stayed last night and I'm still very conscious about exercising in front of him0
