            It helps a ton to log the food before I eat it. Where I screwed up yesterday was forgetting to log my 10 chocolate chips I ALWAYS have after dinner. By the time I realized it, I'd already eaten the rest of my food for the day. The only thing I could have done was eat more food (with no fat) and go over my total calories, and I decided that would be a silly thing to do! 0 0

 Great advice Jill! I did it today (24.4%, but it's still under 25%!) by tracking my food early in the day and figuring out what I needed to add in to keep me under. Actually I did that a few days last week too. Definitely helps!0

            I haven't been below 25% for a little while now. Mainly because I have been trying to make sure I get all of my exercise calories - so I have been eating handfuls of peanuts.

            Yeah, it was. I think I might make it today. I come SO close every day — sometimes even under 26%, but not 25%. "Missed it by that much" (in my best Maxwell Smart voice).0
