low cal hangover cures?

I had the mother of all cheat days yesterday that included fried pub food and lots of wine, lots and lots and lots of wine. I'm back on track today but hung over. I'm drinking my fluids, couldn't handle coffee. My go to hangover cures are a caesar (like a bloody mary for those that aren't in Canada) and McDonald's. Neither of those are going to fit in my calories today.
Any ideas that won't kill my diary? I'm on 1500-1700 a day so I have some wiggle room

If you find a hangover cure that works, no matter how many calories, please share it with the world.0

The only cure for a hang over is not drinking.0
-
Pickle juice !!! Sounds nasty but it works0
-
One-a-day vitamin and a V-8. Keep drinking water and you are going to need to eat something doughy to sop up those angry stomach acids.0
-
I find the thing that helps most is a low-calorie/no-calorie sports drink. I always feel much better after a couple of them.0

the BEST cure for a hangover is a can of ice cold Lemon Fanta - works everytime!!! x0
-
midol helps. it sounds crazy but my friends swear by it. lol0

untrue. Hair of the dog works quite well but I am assuming the OP does not want or can't have another drink.0 -
B-complex vitamin and Gatorade.0

I'm at work so I can't, otherwise I would have a drink and nap0 -
Best cure for a hangover is CARDIO...go sweat out that alcohol. its hard while you're doing it, but you'll feel better afterwards0

Emergen-C + 4 ibuprofen works for me. Good old fashioned aspirin works as well.
Emergen-C is 25 cals.0 -
It's not low cal, but Chipotle. I swear to god. Eat it before you go drinking and after.0

Time and water. No calorie impact.0

Diroylyte sachets for dehydration. AMAZING!0
-
1/4 cup orange juice + 8 oz. water + teaspoon salt + tablespoon sugar...stir, drink, repeat...it will help replenish the vitamins lost by alcohol...0
-
Drink a lot of water.0

The cure for a hangover is lots of water and the passage of time. Alcohol causes dehydration, as it impedes antidiuretic hormone production and you get a whanging headache from dehydration. You can take some ibuprofen (or something similar) for some pain relief.0

yea drining is for d birds. anyway when i use to drink id take vitamin b the day after and b4. thats why you have hang over. dehydration plus vitamin b deficiant0

I've been told these too x0 -
5 hour energy shots- loaded with b-vitamins and electrolyte water. Hangovers= dehydration! replace your electrolytes!0

Water, electrolytes, and pain killer. The hair of the dog that bit. A raw egg with Tabasco and Worcestershire sauce. (Be reminded that raw eggs are now considered a health risk.)0

Water+Advil+Tomato Juice
Or I've heard coconut water is like the BEST hangovercure ever...I've never done it though, but I have friends who drink like fishes who swear by it.
Chocolate milk works well for me if you can choke it down, however I find that it really should be whole milk and hershey syrup, so that really doesn't fit into being "healthy" lol0 -
Just had my girls weekend, was worried about the after effects and lucked out big time. Before going to bed Saturday, we chowed down on some delicious 7layer salad. And as much as we drank and as much as I know I should have felt like crap on Sunday, I felt AWESOME. Perhaps it's all the water in the lettuce, but next time, give salad a whirl!!0

Water, water, water!!! I also do a protein shake w/ a banana, which replaces potassium.0

That's like saying the cure for the flu is not getting sick. Sure, you don't get a hangover, but that doesn't make it a cure. Plus wine is totally worth the hangover, and I've got my own wine-headache to deal with right now too.0 -
I think V8 juice (the tomato kind) works best. Doesn't necessarily "cure" the problem but does make it bearable rather quickly. Give it whirl!0

Lean proteins. Protein actually has an enzyme that helps break down alcohol. Have a chicken breast with every meal or other lean cuts of meat. Though the wives' tale is bread to absorb alcohol, it's not true. Good luck! (I'd love to know any cures that work. It does not happen often, but I sometimes over do it on the wine too.) :-)0

about a litre of water an hour, 2 advil, and sleep until it's gone - just wake up long enough to drink the water - get rid of the last hours water - when your head stops exploding - you're good to get up and face the day0
