Why is Splenda listed as a 0 calorie but MFP shows calories?

    Diet coke is not '0' calorie either.

    If the product has less than 10cal the manufacturer can put it as 0.

    That is not right! That is lying and I feel cheated:sad: I gave up my diet sodas but I need my coffee :drinker:

    well unless you are drinking more than 6-8 cups a day I wouldn't worry about it, its minimal. I love my splenda and I figure it saves me so many cals compared to what I would be eating if it were sugar! enjoy it guilt free say I!! :)

    You realise many people here do exactly that....drink 6-8 cans a day thinking it's zero cals....
