Hi everyone

I downloaded the fitness pal about a year ago and never really used it.

Today I'm ready to kick start my weight loss I am aiming for a 1lb a week as this is more realistic for me as by week three I've normally given up.

It's my birthday in mid Feb and I would like to have lost a stone and still be in the right frame of mind for losing weight in the future so here goes let the journey begin........................
