Have to eat out today, where should I go?

I am working 10-12 hours today and need/want something healthy for lunch. Any suggestions as for fast food or resturants that serve healthy options? Going home is not an option today.

TIA

Wendy's. Their salads are way better than any other fast good place.

I like the baja because it comes with chili, guacamole, etc.
BLT CObb is also good as good source of protein for a salad.

    Anywhere but Subway.
    Gross.
  • Subway or Panera (if you have one in your area)
  • Subway--chopped veggie salad w/o cheese is my favorite. Use vinegar or sweet onion for delicious dressings!
McDonalds--my least favorite, but a yogurt parfait and a side salad can actually be pretty good!
Wendys--the salad are okay, and baked potatoes are generally a healthy option if you are careful with the condiments

Subway. If there's a McDonalds, just get one grilled chicken snack wrap. The ranch variety is 270 calories. If it's Wendy's, a grilled caesar snack wrap is good and about 340 calories I think......That's usually what I get if we MUST go to a fast food place.
