Found this site, loveee it.
I have done atkins/lowcarb in the past but slipped up, and returning again. Im doing lowcarb, but now with more excersize. I so far LOVE this site, and notice I loose better when paying more attention to food intake.
Whats your guys's daily water intake? Everyone seems to be saying water is a make or break thing. So ive upped my intake to about 84oz a day - 124 oz. Bathroom stopps are frequent...
Nice to meet you guysss!

I know I drink at least three 20 oz bottles at work and about two more 20 oz at home. Since I do my workouts at home, I drink a lot.
Right now I'm just trying to eat clean and I am getting back into a regular workout routine.
I am already happy with my one week results of one pound lost. I know that's not a lot, but after gaining and gaining and gaining due to meds and medical conditions, that one pound means a lot to me!
Welcome and I know you will find the right support here.0 -
Hi CallieM15, welcome to the site I joined it two days ago and I like it compared to the other sites. You stated “Everyone seems to be saying water is a make or break thing." I did not understand the statement, but this site and the old-fashioned ways states that you should have Eight 8 ounce glasses of water daily. I drink a lot more then that because of exercising and I drink a lot. Think of the water as a transportation device for all the nutrients in your body to move around to get where they need to get (LOL!) Anyways welcome.0

While i was reading the lowcarb forums on a different site, people were saying that the only way they would loose weight is if they drank 64+oz of water a day. I started drinking a lot of water, and will see if it helps (along with diet and exercise too of course).
Thanks for the reply!
