Vegetarian St. Patty's Day Recipes?
Any ideas??? I would at least need something for the main dish. I could do potatoes and cabbage... but what for the main dish? I haven't cooked much with faux meat but worth a try if anyone has an idea that could replace corned beef, etc.
Thanks in advance!

I'm making green pancakes for dinner. It's not traditional Irish food, but it works!
Last year I did cabbage and potatoes with eggs. The husband and kid were not fans, but I liked it. They just don't like cabbage.0 -

This site specifically mentioned vegetarian St Paddy's day foods. Here are some more:
www.vegsoc.org/stpatricks; www.associatedcontent.com/article/2750977/how_to_make_a_healthy_st_patricks_day.html ;
That might get you started.
I may try some of these, myself. Thanks for asking the question. BJB0
