1st wk and 5.2 lbs gone

So far so good! My original goal was to lose 1 lb a week and I'm sure it will level out to that or something close but I'm happy with my 1st wk! I even had some of my favorite foods so it didn't feel completely like a diet vs. just right portions. I could get use to this! Any advice for week 2 and the Thanksgiving holiday?

    congrats! 5 lbs in a week is great!.. i would just say keep doing what you are doing, PORTIONS! ..and maybe try to throw in some cardio/strength training and you will do good!.

  • Don't deprive yourself of the foods but just keep portion control!!!! Drink lots of water before the dinner to help feel full. You're off to a great start!!!!!
