on april 2 i weighed in at 242
last week i weighed 240
and this week i weighed in at 240
0 pound weight loss this week :grumble:
this week 239 ... im a little frustrated :huh:

I started just over a week ago at 265. That was down from my high at Christmas of 273.
Today I weighed 260. Its a start.
My first goal is to get below 200, my second is 180, my third is 160 (Normal weight for my height) I think I would be happy at that and think hubby would too since that's only 5 lbs more than when we got married 14 years and 5 kids ago. Ultimate goal would be 145 (what I weighed when we were dating), That means I have to lose 115 more so I definitely qualify for this challenge, but I've got to keep in mind one pound at a time.

Sorry! I'm coming into this topic a little late, but I really want to join this challenge...
I started really working out on January 20, 2008 and weighed in @ 276.8
I started MFP on March 10, 2008
I weighed in again on March 22, 2008 @ 268.2
and....
I weighed today @ 264.00
As you can tell, I had a rough start, but since I've joined MFP, I feel like I'm doing a lot better!

Yay! Friday: 259.6!!!!! It's coming off! I don't think I'm going to make my goal of being 250 by May 26, but I'm going to keep trying! And, I have a date tomorrow night with this amazing guy who I have been so attracted to since last summer when I met him! Wish me luck, I think I'm going to need it!0 -
I'm stuck, and I won't lie , it's pissing me off! :mad: I'm trying not to dilike my hubby right now cause he's managed to lose over 25 lbs while I've lost only 10 and I'm just Ugh. I'm not giving up, but Im just frustrated and irritated and and and !!! Still at 300 since May 1st.0

ok I just started may 6th 08 at 318 pounds:noway:
so far no significant loss but I'm feeling muscles I wasn't sure I had, especially my shoulders are killing me... for exercise I'm doing the sweatin to the oldies dvd's
I have problems with portion control and am not a big fan of exersizes.
I'm turning 50 in february and I'm going to go and visit my family in germany..... pray for me0 -

Wahoooo!!!!! 20 lbs lost in 35 days......makes all the fretting over calories, excercising when I absolutely don't feel like it & drinking 10 glasses of water a day..................worth it!

Hey just wanted you all to know that this challenge is continued each month with a new posting..... thus 100lb april, 100 lb may and *100 lb june*. I know it is easier for people to copy their weight from the original thread they posted on, so if you want to stay on this thread that is okay. but just wanted to give you a heads up.
I figure I have a fairly long period of time working on these 100 pounds and by the time I reach that this thread would be 1,000 pages long:noway: . I will be here for the long haul or until my computer busts from over-exhaustion:yawn: .

This was a bad week for me. Period week. So I have been carrying water, and feeling crappy and hungry! So i hope to get back on track next week. I am going to start the Alli diet pills to see if I can get some help. I can tell by my new photo though that I have lost weight in my face.0 -

So I lost back off the pound I gainned. Yipee. I have started the Alli plan also on top of what I am already doing. I did up my calorie intake though to go along with the alli plan. So it has been nice not being so limited. I didn't even realize how much fat I was taking in even though my calories were reduced. So I've been watching that more.0
