    I'm in! I need a challenge to help me steer through the obstacle course of December!

    I'd prefer not to have a weight goal, though. Right now I've just started 16:8 IF. My goal is to keep that up, get back into working out regularly, and reduce my junk intake! Hopefully that will lead to some loss. :)

    Weigh in day is Saturday morning as Saturday evening is my cheat night, lol. I'm away on Saturday the 1st and my mum's scales are different to mine, so I will probably weigh on the Friday before the 1st instead.

    Goal1- lose about 7lb from now to new year/ lose an inch from my waist.
    Goal2- NOT TO GAIN WEIGHT OVER CHRISTMAS- it's a day, not a season!
    Goal3- complete 30 day shred with minimal rest days (i.e. do the entire 30 days before Xmas)

    thankyou! Need all the motivation I can get :)
