same weight, same size but feel bigger??

I have reached my goal weight a couple of months ago, having lost 42 lbs.

So am in maintenance for the last month or so. It is great, I am no longer worrying about losing/putting on weight.

My weight/measurements have remained the same up and down a 1lb each week, I can live with that....yay!

But why do I feel so much bigger and bloated even though nothing has changed????

You're eating more and your mind is messing with you

I feel exactly the same! I went on to maintenance calories 8 weeks ago and even though I weigh in every week and have not gained, I feel so much bigger than before. I actually want to lose another 20lbs but don't seem to be able to get motivated again :(
  • I feel the exact same way!
I actually lost more weight after increasing calories for maintenance, but I feel like I actually look a lot bigger..
