I'm 5'8 and have a medium frame
Highest weight was 175
Current is 149 pounds an my aim is for about 138 pounds at the moment0 -
I'm 5' 10". My highest weight was 260 in February of this year. My current weight is 198. My goal weight is 176.0

I am 5'7". At my absolute highest I weighed 260 lbs. I currently weigh 173. My goal weight is about 155 or there about.

I'm 5'9. My highest weight was 215. The low weight in that picture is 166. I'm currently 165, a lot more toned than in that picture, and would like to cut my body fat % at least another 4%, leaving me somewhere around 145 pounds.0 -

Fluctuate between 130-140(seriously I could be in between those weights at any given time).
I think that I'd like to continue with my cardio and strength.

I'm 5'7" and a half. I was around 150 or 155 when I started running earlier this year. I was down to 143 when I found this site. My goal weight is 130- which I'm maintaining right now. It puts me right around a 20 BMI. I've got around 19-21% body fat. I'm trying to build more muscle so I don't jiggle so much. If I gain weight with strength training, so be it, but I like the size I am right now. I can wear a women's/ misses size 4 and a junior's size 5 in jeans, which I never thought was possible.
I am almost your twin. I started around 148 and have been maintaining at 130-135 for a year and a half. My BMI is 20.1 and my body fat is 23%. I'm a size 6/8 though, instead of a 4. We must carry our weight differently. :flowerforyou:0 -

5'7.5" ... Highest weight was 164lbs, current weight is 150ish, goal is 130lbs, which I can't remember ever being, so this might be interesting.0

I am 5' 7.5" and between a small and medium frame I think (6" wrist).
My highest weight was at almost 42 weeks pregnant the day of delivery 198 lbs.
My current weight is 153lbs
My first goal is 150, second goal 140, and ultimate goal 135lbs.
I carry my weight well and think I'll be happy anywhere between 135-140. I havnt been that small since my wedding day! I tend to plateau really hard at 150 and its a struggle!
(Edited to add: I can wear anywhere between a size 7jrs-10/11 jean size all depending on the brand. I have a 36" hip measurement and a large rib cage).0 -
5'7 here. Top weight 160-170's but not real sure (I was a size 14). Profile pic is me at my largest. Started working on myself about 1.5yr ago at 158 lbs. Now I'm at/below my goal and am just working on maintaining myself. I'm 128-130 pounds depending on my sodium / water intake and a size 0-4 depending on fit.0

I'm closer to 5'7", but my starting weight was 155 (size 8-10) with an initial goal weight of 128.
Once I hit 125, I started maintenance and continue to lose slowly. My current goal is to maintain between 120 and 125, and I average around 122 with daily fluctuations between 119 and 124.
I am very happy at this weight although I am between pant sizes at one of my favorite stores, so I'm not sure what to do about that. :ohwell:
Jsyk, assuming you have an average build, you're underweight.
Thanks for your concern. No, I've got a very small build, so depending on what site you trust, I'm within the ideal range. MFP has the low end at 118, and others have it around 114, so I'm 4-8 pounds into the range. My workouts consist of mostly cardio and light weights, so I'm not carrying around a bunch of heavy muscle. I'm still very curvy and wouldn't mind taking a little more off the hips and tummy (if it worked that way), but I think losing more in the face would make me look older, and make it way too hard to find clothes, so my plan is to try to maintain between 120-124. 119 means eat more;125 would trigger me to start logging again, and anywhere in between means keep on keeping on.0 -
