i like chopped up apples, cinamnon and bit of brown sugar. i also mix in a tb of flaxseed.0

I only eat it with brown or palm sugar and nothing else.0

I heat up frozen blueberries and milk or stir in sliced strawberries or banana and about 2 Tbls milk! Yum, yum!0

I love oatmeal, have it 5-6 times a week for breakfast! My favorite is just Splenda and chopped almonds, sometimes half a banana added;)0

When I was younger I always put black berry jam, honey or maple syrup in mine.
As an adult I bought the "Better Oats" brand of instant. 2$ at my local store for 5 pouches which have measuring lines on them for the liquid so it's great to keep in my bag for eating on the go at say work or a friends house. Better Oats seems to have fewer ingredients than say Quaker instant flavors plus Flax Seed. I really like the Dark Chocolate flavor one. I eat that at night instead of ice cream.
Strawberries N Cream is my favorite but the Dark Chocolate one is a great treat.0 -

i throw in everything together. i don't have the paitence to sit over the pot and wait 50 seconds for my cup of water to boil. so i throw in two tablespoons of peanut butter, chunky if you have it, water, and the oats.0

I try not to use the instant packets of oatmeal. i make the plain kind and i add a packet of stevia or any kind of fruit i like. I also put walnuts in mine or even some protein powder.0
