Thanks, I'm so making this.0

I made these last night and they are delicious. Sort of like banana chocolate chip dough balls. They stuck a lot to the paper so will try them next time as dollops on lightly greased baking parchment as I think they will still hold together well.
Thanks for the recipe. x0 -

Just as a point of note; MFP nutrition information says bananas are 12% sugar - so recipe will contain sugar?
Does look good, but I found myself disappointed with "frozen banana ice cream" - how's the taste in comparison?0 -
these look yummy0
-
look lovely ! think id like to try the chopped apple idea0
-
i m also going to try it once!0

In the midst of baking them now. I used plain flour, made exactly as recipe specified. They seem to be rising okay, it only made six and they are very small, about half the size of a regular muffin but not as small as the mini ones, satisfying snack size I suppose
Will try to remember to report back on taste etc.0 -

I just tried these as per the instructions and they didn't raise at all- there's no raising agent in your ingredients at all and I feel like I've kind of wasted those ingredients. Is it not self -raising flour?? Mine are flat and rubbery0
-
I want to try these - @Beverleith I was just thinking the same thing - perhaps OP meant Self Raising white flour when she said "plain" as opposed to wholemeal or gluten free etc? And didn't actually mean Plain flour without raising agent?? I'm going to use SR flour when I try. Just wondering if these would work in the microwave - has anyone given them a shot? Seems a lot of bother to hot up the oven for four muffins ...0

@ChristineS let me know how you get on! Not sure what you mean about four minutes though, they cook for 10-150

Sounds good!0
