does anyone have raw peanuts?.... if yes then how many peanuts make one serving ( i want an approximate number of raw peanut) ?

  lol u dont count them , usually peanuts are weighed . around 30g serving

  Peanuts, unfortunately, probably account for several of the 20 pounds I had to lose in the first place....BIG. trigger food for me... Love em way too much

  i do not posses a weighing machine so i just wanted to know how much peanuts are ther in 30gms approximately......
  and how many servings should be consumed in a day......?
