Dropping under 1200

So it seems that today I will drop under 1200 calories, does this matter so long as it does not happen too often?
I seem to have eaten a fairly balanced diet for the day (there were quite a few vegetables in with the tuna and pasta) but find myself way under my recommendation.

It happens sometimes, happened to me a few days ago as well. Don't worry, as long as you don't make a habit of it you'll be fine0

Good to know as the thought of another mouthful is not one I relished... even if it meant running out to buy chocolate! Still I've eaten way over the maximum today so it all balances out (I hope0

I never eat 1200 - I'm usually between 800-1000. And I've had no problems losing and now maintaining.1
