How much weight do you normally gain during TOM? After a 3 week plateau I thought I was finally going to see some progress this week, until TOM hit that is. My weigh in this morning showed the same figure once again, but I'm hoping that the fact that its that time and I haven't gained actually means that I have actually lost. Impossible to know for sure I know, but it'll make me feel better to believe that, lol

    TOM is visiting me too, I have the worst stomach ache. :sad:

    I have gained a pound not that much but TOM just hit me yesterday :tongue:

    I usually 1-1.5lbs easy then. It does really suck.:angry:
