    great job you look awesome! I just started paleo on 11/4/12 and can't wait to have the same results hopefully, love the lifestyle, I also don't count calories.

    Oh my gosh. I absolutely love your story and outlook and plan! That's wonderful you're nipping your health in the bud at 25. I'm 30 and finally ready to stop yo-yoing. I also appreciated your honesty w/yourself and the forum about the weight lifting thing. I'm scared crapless to do it but getting some actual help & learning how to would be good to do and need to consider.
