Hi c: I haven't posted in here in a while. But I have a question. In regardless to fat loss, how do you lose inches instead of "weight"? Because I know the scale plays games with my head. I'm back into lifting weights (Woo Stronglifts), so will that help any? Also, are there any other ways?

Yes, a good weight training program combined with a healthy diet will change your body composition by losing fat and building muscle. That will result in your desired inches lost but weight staying stable. You probably WILL lose a bit or weight too unless you gain muscle easily.

I don't mind losing weight too, I just don't want that to be the main focus, you know? And in regards to a "healthy diet," what does that mean, exactly? Could you give me a rough idea of what I should eat? Keep in mind, I'm broke and I live with my parents, haha

For me, lifting, eating near maintenance, and getting about 25% of my calories from protein* does the job.

    * Some recommend a higher percentage, but 25% of 2300 calories is 144g and as a 135 pound woman, I sure as hell don't need any more than that.

Is there a way I can calculate how much I eat?

Your food diary on here. If you go to "goals" then "change goals" then select the button for "custom goals," you can change your macro ratios.

Lots of people who do lifting seems to use 40% carbs 30% fat and 30% protein. I personally like 50% carbs 25% fat and 25% protein, but I run quite a bit, too.

I assuming you're asking how much you should eat? There is a lot of info here and it's worth reading every bit: http://www.myfitnesspal.com/topics/show/654536-in-place-of-a-road-map-2-0-revised-7-2-12

I love P90x for total body sculpting (not to mention it kicks my butt), and I aim for higher protein using a combination of 50% protein, 25% carbs, and 25% fat.
