on freedieting.com it say's I should eat 2618 calories a day to gain muscle weight, but on myfitnesspal it say's I should eat 2590 calories a day to gain weight, I am so confussed?

    I guess it depends on what food you eat, how much you excericise and what KIND of excercise you do.

    That's a small difference of less than 30 calories. I would aim for around there.. calorie counting is not an 'exact' science.
