Did you stay within your nutritional goals? No, went 249 over! But I did track everything which helps put things in perspective.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Drank lots of water.
What would I have done differently? Exercised & stuck with my after dinner snack. I had planned on raspberries and peaches. Instead I had ice cream, chocolate syrup and raspberries! That stupid bowl that wasn't worth it in retrospect put me over 249 calories.

What would I have done differently? Not had cheese & crackers for snack. Should have opted for popcorn...less calories.

Well, I downloaded an App to my phone for the nutrition info for fast food restaurants. That's not happening to me again.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? I really wanted a Blizzard from Dairy Queen (TOM) but opted for a small chocolate cone.
What would I have done differently? Stayed on the safe side & ordered something at Taco Bell that I know was low in calories and exercised.

I. Kept dinner tiny to not over shoot my calories after too much snacking
II. Fit in a two mile walk to compensate for calories over my limit.
What would I have done differently? Realized that all those little snacks add up!!

Hey! I was in Taco Bell yesterday too! :laugh: (Merrilleville) I had a shrimp Taco, the chicken Fresco Taco and a raspberry Ice Tea for a total of 509 cals. I could have skipped the tea. But thought that wasn't too bad. The fresco menu really keeps the calories down and I do Love Taco Bell!

I like the Fresco menu too. But I don't eat beef, so that limits me to the bean burrito or chicken ranchero chicken soft taco and I was kind of sick of both so I wanted something different. I used to have them mix an order of pintos & cheese and an order of rice together. That's what I should have done instead of the quesadilla.0 -
