Can water make that much difference?

ok so I weighed yesterday and It said I stayed the same which I was ok with well today is my acutual weigh in day, so I wanted to see if there was any change, there was it said I lost 3 lbs so my question is I have not hardly drank water but last night I decided to start I drank 24 oz and man I have went to the bath room so much and some during the night and twice I think this morning could that have something to do with the 3 lb loss?

    I lost 3 pounds overnight when I stepped up my water intake. I felt like I should just camp in the bathroom. LOL

    I know it helps me a lot because my sodium intake is pretty high. I try to watch it, but it's hard for me to get all my calories in without going over.

    It really does. By what I am told it is a start to flushing out some of the bad things we injest, salt being one of them.
