Ok so I still have a long way to go but I feel like sharing progress pictures because I'm trying to get motivated this last week to lose the last 20-30 or so pounds :)

I'm 5'7" and my starting weight was 239.9... Yesterday I was 182.6 :) now I know that's where a lot of people on here start but for me it is less than I've weighed in over a decade at least probably 12 years!

    I started with simply walking 1km a day and worked my way up to walking/jogging 3 km most days and using the elliptical other days.
