I went to other forums to ask, but they are pretty much @ssholes there that give you an attitude with their answers.
MFP says for me to lose 2lbs a week to I need to be at 1580 x day.
A bodybuilding forum says my BMR is 2300 and eating that low is only setting me up for failure and crashing the diet and I should start at 2700 to 2500 a day.
My stats:
MALE 31 Years old 5'4" 262 lbs
My question is, what would be wrong with eating 1500 calories a day?

Thats what I assumed. I just wanna lose up to 10lbs a month for the first 3 to 4 months and slow down to 1.5 lbs per week after that.0
