Hi my name is Martin, I am a soldier in the United States Army, a physical trainer for my soldiers and also my kiddies!!! lol I have been married for five years to my beautiful wife Rachel. I am currently trying to find other motivated individuals like myself to keep up with and stay informed so we can share ideas and motivate each other. I'm a guy, 5'7" and 51 years old. I started at about 200 lbs. in August. I'm down to 165.
I just do calorie deficit and exercise, no gimmicks.

feel free to add me as well. I have been on here for close to 2 years and its a great way to learn about the nutritional side of your body. Most of us know about exercise and the benefits, but few realize how much nutrition has an impact on it....I have tweaked my diet to learn about my body and what works best and its pretty cool what you can learn by tracking what you eat.
