The last hour of the day

My experience has been that the toughest time to stay on plan is the last hour of the day. That's when it's tempting to pour a bowl of cereal, grab some cookies (biscuits for my British friends), or scoop some ice cream. When I'm up to date on MyFitnessPal it's an easy decision: Do I want to see my abs again or do I want these cookies? Then walk away from the kitchen.
