... the 26th November, whether it be the "30 Day Shred" or "Ripped in 30" or any other 30 Day DVD she has out, and you have every Friday off, plus Christmas day, you will finish on New Year's Eve.

Just thought I'd share! I'm restarting mine today - I was doing well, but I did my back in so I had to stop.

I started day 1 today, going to do it when my little girl has her morning nap and just do the dusting another time!
I can not do the jumping due to a slight issue with my knee, but I don't stop moving and I hope to be jumping with the best of them soon :-)0 -
Such a good idea! I think I'll start tomorrow, doing it first thing before work, and just go for a short run on Saturdays or Sundays. Thanks for the motivation!0

Weird - I'd just put a status on about restarting today!! I had brilliant results when I did it last time, I lost a lot of extra fat round my hips, and my stomach was a lot flatter. After my wedding, I've let myself go a lot and put on another stone So now desperately trying to lose 2 stone before next summer!!

I started last Monday, this is my 2nd round of 30DS. Count me in, I want to be close to my mini goal of 200 by January 1st. (currently 213)0

I'm on Day 1 of Week 3 of Ripped in 30 and hoping to feel comfortable in my bathing suit on the beach in January. Fingers crossed! Haven't seen much of a change in weight/measurements so far but I'm proud that I'm sticking to it this time and I feel good so that's something! Good luck to everyone - as Miss Jillian says, "Most people don't even show up..." - and you are definitely doing that!!0

Do you have a HRM? I wear mine and log it as "30DS (HRM)" and the number of cals burned. Some of my friends who don't have HRMs log it as circuit training though.0 -
I have done ripped 3 times and now I am on week 2 again. I love it! I only do it 3 times a week because I also like to run but doing both in the same day burns to many cals. for me. I am just trying to maintain and maybe gain a few healthy pounds back. Gl to everyone doing it is def a great work out!!

I decided yesterday to restart the 30DS today and commit to doing it as advised i.e. everyday. I've taken days off in the past, not for an injury or anything, just due to laziness and it caused me to fall out of the routine before finishing the full 30 days. I will complete the 30DS on Christmas day, if I am diligent. Which I will be. If anyone is in need of support or just have a friend who is getting their butt kicked by Jillian feel free to add me0

New to My fitness Pal with 16lbs to lose!! I do spin three times a week but my weight is not budging as it makes me sooo hungry!! I bought 30 day shred about six months ago and am ashamed to admit it is still sitting unopened in my cupboard at home!! Going to give it a bash as I would love to be half way to my target weight for Christmas!!0
